Store & Carrier Pickups

Packages dropped off at our store with a shipping label, waybill, or other 3rd-party billing method are subject to these terms and conditions.  We do not accept any liability for packages that arrive damaged, are delayed, returned to sender or lost.  It is solely the sender’s responsibility to obtain a drop-off receipt from an employee.  The carrier is responsible for scanning your package and updating tracking upon pickup.  Amazon QR codes MUST be taken to The UPS Store per instruction.
